Privacy
Your details, in plain English.
Tradeface is run by Ollie, a sole trader in Christchurch. This page explains what happens to the information you give me, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form or send me by text, call or email: your name, mobile, business name, trade, website and message.
Why
To reply to you, quote for your website and, if you go ahead, build and look after it. I don’t sell or share your details, and I won’t add you to a mailing list.
Where it’s stored
Form messages pass through Formspree, a form service based overseas, and land in my email inbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Neither uses your details for anything else on my behalf.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Seeing or deleting your details
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time. Email tradeface@tradeface.nz or text 021 0918 1004. If you’re not happy with how I’ve handled it, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
